In this post I’m going to give my personal opinion, and share with you the opinion of over 200 other people that have completed multiple Beachbody workout programs and what they believe is the best.
So which Beachbody program will give you the best results?
This is actually a hard questions to answer. It’s like answering the question, “what is the best flavor of ice cream?”
For me, I like chocolate ice cream. But there also also many other flavors that are great. In fact, I don’t think there is a flavor that I would turn down.
And everyone is different. You may have a different favorite flavor. You may not even like ice cream at all (if this is the case for you, that’s weird… just saying lol).
My point is, the best Beachbody workout program is subjective.
The answer, as it the answer to most questions in life is, “it depends”.
The best Beachbody workout for YOU will depend on what your current fitness level is, what your goals are, and what type of exercise you generally like.

What Is The Best Beachbody Workout? – Opinions From 224 People
In the video above I walk through a survey I did on private facebook group with other Beachbody users and I asked the question, “In your opinion, what is the best Beachbody workout of all time? If you could only do 1 Beachbody workout for the rest of your life, which one would you chose?”
224 people responded and these were the results:

As you can see from the results above, Liift 4 was the clear winner getting 32% of the total votes. What people are loving about Liift 4 is that the workout are only 30-40 minutes long, and the schedule is ONLY 4 days a week!
I’ve done quite a few Beachbody workout programs and my top 3 in order are Hammer & Chisel, Body Beast, & P90x (or P90x3 as the downside to the original P90x is that the workouts are long).

What Is The Best Beachbody Workout For Beginners?
A common question asked is, “what is the best Beachbody workout for beginners?”.
This is a valid question because if someone has not exercised in a long time, or at all, they shouldn’t start off with an advanced workout. If a program is too difficult, you might become discouraged and give up.
If you’ve never ran a mile before, you can’t expect go out and run a marathon without any training.
The Beachbody On Demand platform has made picking the right program for beginners very simple. When browsing the workout programs available, there is a “Fitness Level” selection menu where you can choose from:

- Beginner/Intermediate
- Intermediate
- Intermediate/Advanced
- Advanced
Simply pick your fitness level, and recommended programs will show up.

What Is The Best Beachbody Workout For Losing Weight? (FAST)
Which Beachbody workout that is the best for losing weight is a tricky question to answer. The reason it’s tricky is because when it comes to losing weight, nutrition is very important. To lose weight, what foods you eat, and how much you eat, will be the most important factor, NOT what type of exercises you do.
Because of this, regardless of which program you choose, my recommendation is to stick to the meal plan as tightly as you can.
For help with losing weight, eating the right foods, and getting proper nutrition, I recommend The Ultimate Portion Fix.

What Is The Best Program To Build Muscle?
Maybe your goal is to bulk up and build muscle. If this is the case, the best Beachbody workout to build muscle is Body Beast.

And if you’re a woman and concerned about becoming to “muscly”, don’t worry, that is not going to happen.
Fact: Because men have more testosterone, they are much more equipped to gain muscle. Because women do not have very much testosterone in their bodies, they will never be able to get as big as men.
For building muscle and toning, anything workout that use weight resistance is ideal. This would include P90x, P90x3, Hammer & Chisel, Liift 4, etc.
So Which Workout Is The Best?
My personal favorite is Hammer & Chisel. It’s the program that I’ve gotten the best results with.
Important sidenote – Hammer & Chisel is also the only program that I followed the meal plan to almost 100%.
And like I mentioned above, I also love Body Beast, P90x, P90x3, Insanity… They are ALL great!
Try not to get caught up in which workout is the “best”. Pick one and make a commitment to stick to it. When you’ve finished, if you loved it, you can do it again, or pick another program. There are so many to chose from.
