If you are thinking about becoming a Beachbody Coach, or you already are a Beachbody Coach that has had little success, it is important to know that success takes time in this business. Being a Beachbody Coach is a REAL business, which means there is some effort involved and things to learn. If you are reading this and are getting disappointed because you thought being a Beachbody Coach was going to be “easy money”, then good, be glad that I saved you a few bucks and the time you would of wasted going through the motions of trying to be a Beachbody Coach.

The point I am trying to make is that being a successful Beachbody Coach takes serious effort, having a passion for health and fitness is not enough. To be successful in this business, you’ll need to be willing to learn new things and step out of your comfort zone. You will need to not be bothered by rejection, and understand the importance of personal development and having the right mindset. All of these things can be difficult to do and even with an honest effort, it is going to take at least a year for most people to get competent in this business.

If you speak with anyone who has had success with any network marketing company, they will tell you that they failed for years before they “cracked the code” and figured it out. Of course there are always exceptions, on a rare occasion someone will come in, understand the business model, be a fast learner, and do awesome from day one, but this is not a normal occurrence. Failing is a necessary step on every path to success.

Beachbody Coach Success

“It is impossible to live without failing at something unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all, in which case you have failed by default.” ― J.K. Rowling

If you decide to become a Beachbody Coach, expect to spend some time learning, reading books, going through training courses, investing in yourself to increase your value to others. If you are going to become a Coach, commit to at least one year of putting forth an honest effort before you decide to quit. And this is the absolute minimum length of time. The experts will tell you, those that stay plugged in, continue to take action and not just work on their business but also personal development, are ones who will be successful. It may take 3 years, it may take 5 years, heck, it might even take 10 years, but you’re are guaranteed success if you stay plugged in and don’t quit.

CEO Of Beachbody Gives Advice To New Beachbody Coaches

Recently the CEO of Beachbody, Carl Daikeler, has been doing live Q & A chats on Ustream and those that attend can ask him any question that they want. It is pretty cool to be able to participate in this and watch these chats. He has been doing them about once every 1-2 months. It is great to be able to see and hear the CEO of the company speak in this non formal setting and to see that he wants to be as transparent as possible and address any and all issues that the Beachbody Coaches and customers have.

Below is a clip of the live chat Carl did where he answers the question, “What is your best advice for a Brand new Beachbody Coach?”. Carl gives a great answer and in his answer he put emphasis on 2 things, having a “why”, and treating the business seriously and putting forth a real effort. He mentions that, because the cost is so low to become a Beachbody Coach, it makes it easy for people to quit the business because they have so little invested compared to if the opened up a McDonald’s franchise, and had to invest over a million dollars to get up and running. With having invested a million dollars, most people would give everything they had to make sure their McDonald’s venture was successful. The point of this comparison is, if you want to succeed as a Beachbody Coach, treat it as if you have invested 1 million dollars to get started, treat it seriously, treat it as a real business. There will be obstacles to overcome, but you must have the mindset that nothing, and no one is going to get in the way and stop you from growing a successful Beachbody business.
