Beachbody Coaching Is Simple (But Not Easy) – 4 Tips

Beachbody Coaching Is Simple But Not Easy
Beachbody Coaching Is Simple But Not Easy

Losing weight and getting in shape is simple, it comes down to 2 things. Eating the right foods and exercising.

When put into words on paper, it’s very simple. There is no secret to it.

So how come we’re not all walking around with six pack abs if it’s so simple? (I’m not judging, I don’t have six pack abs.)

If losing weight and getting in shape is so simple, how come 68% of the U.S. Population is considered obese or overweight according to recent statistics?

The reason that we are not all walking around with perfect bodies is because while it may be simple to achieve, it’s not easy.

This is a very important distinction…Simple VS Easy

Simple meaning we know how to do something, and easy referring to actually taking the action step and doing what we know works.

We all know (for the most part) what foods are bad for us. I know I shouldn’t eat 6 pieces of pizza (while dunking each bite into a tub of ranch dressing) in one sitting, but I do it anyway…the question is WHY do I do it? (I don’t do this often, but when I do I know it’s not good for me, but I do it anyway.)

Why we do something (or don’t do something) is what is important to find out.

In regards to building your Beachbody Coaching business, everyone wants to know the “HOW”. They want to know what they need to do in order to be successful.

As with losing weight, the “how” is the easy part. Every Coach knows (or can easily learn) what they need to do to move their business forward, in the same way that we know what foods we should be eating and that we should be exercising daily if want to lose weight and improve our health.

We know what to do. We know how to do it. The challenging part is actually doing it.

To be successful at growing you Beachbody Coaching business, focus on what you want to achieve and why you want to achieve it. The goals will be different for everyone.

For me, when I started out as a Beachbody Coach, I saw the business as a vehicle for me to improve my life physically, personally, and financially.

I didn’t want to be stuck in a dead end job. I wanted “more” out of life. I wanted to be able to provide a better lifestyle for myself and my family and I knew that I could attain these goals from my Beachbody Coaching business.

Once I determined what I wanted (and kept those things in my mind at all times)…the “how” became easy.

This business really isn’t rocket science. It’s simple…but not easy.

If having six pack abs was one of my goals, I’m sure I could do it. It would be hard, and I would have to make sacrifices. For me, six pack abs isn’t a high priority, so I’m not willing to make the sacrifices needed. I work out to be in good shape and to be able to live a healthy, happy, active lifestyle. I don’t want to be a body builder.

In regards to building my Beachbody Coaching business, that IS a priority. So I do make the necessary sacrifices need to achieve my business goals.

Ultimately it comes down to what you want. We can all figure out the “HOW”. The “how” is the simple part…taking action, that’s the hard part.

It All Starts With Your Beliefs

If you don’t truly believe you can have success as a Beachbody Coach, the HOW or WHY won’t matter because your lack of belief will cause a lack of effort, and therefore a lack of results, which reinforces the lack of belief. It can be a never ending cycle.

Beachbody Coach Beliefs

When I first started out as a Beachbody Coach, my belief level was low, and this slowed my progress. I saw other Coaches having success and in my mind I would tell myself, “they are lucky, they signed up before I did, they know more people than I do, they are better at this than me”, and so on and so on. I would make up all kinds of excuses and reasons on why others were having success and I wasn’t.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. It’s important to understand that success as a Beachbody Coach is not about timing or luck. It’s about effort.

There is no debate on whether or not this business works. It’s been proven that it does. There are thousands of Coaches having tremendous success.

When only 1 or 2 people do something, you can call it a fluke. When thousands of people are doing something, that’s proof of what is possible.

4 Tips To Move Your Beachbody Coach Business Forward

  1. Raise Your Belief Level – If your belief level is low, get to work on raising your belief level by reading books on network marketing, hanging around and talking to other successful Beachbody Coaches, attending Summit, listening to the National Wake Up Calls every week, seeking out all of the testimonials and success stories you can find, and being engaged in daily personal development.
  2. Make A Decision – Once your belief level is where it needs to be, make a decision that you are going to succeed no matter what. Make a decision that nothing is going to stop you from reaching your goals. The only way to fail it to give up.
  3. Take Action – Attend training, and then implement what you learn. With practice, you will get better over time.
  4. Embrace Failure – Failure is part of the process. Don’t consider it as failing. You can not fail. You can only learn and grow. Again, the only way to fail is to give up.

This is an amazing business with huge potential. But no one is going to to the work for you. Your success depends on your efforts.
