How To Change Your Shakeology Flavor

Tired of drinking Chocolate Shakeology every month? Want to switch to Vanilla, Strawberry, or Cafe Latte?

Whatever the case may be, switching your Shakeology flavor is simple and can be do in a few different ways. You can always call Coach Relations or customer service and let them know what changes you would like to make.

• Beachbody Coaches can call Coach Relations at 1-800-240-0913
• Customers can call Customer Service at 1-800-470-7870

Don’t Like Waiting On Hold?…Me Either

I try to avoid making customer service calls as much as possible. I’m not a fan of the waiting and talking to a machine. (Although I must say that every time I’ve called Coach Relations I’ve had a pleasant experience.)

So if you’re anything like me, and want to avoid getting on the phone to switch your Shakeology flavor, you can make the change online. In the video below I walk through the steps on how to do it.

As shown in the video above, here are steps to take to change your Shakeology flavor.

Changing Shakeology Flavors – For Beachbody Coaches

1. Login to TeamBeachbody.com
2. Go to your Coach Online Office (from the “Coach” link dropdown menu.)
3. Once inside of your Coach Online Office click on the “My Business” link from the top menu and from the dropdown box select “My Forms & Documents”.
4. Fill out the form selecting the changes you would like to make.

Changing Shakeology Flavors – For Customers (Non-Coaches)

1. Login to your Team Beachbody account.
2. Click on the “My Account Link” near the top of the page.
3. You will see a link on the left side of the page that says “Shakeology Recurring Orders (Home Direct). Click on that link and then fill out the form accordingly.

*When filling out the form, you will need the order date of when your last order went through. In the video above I showed how Beachbody Coaches can find this date (Coach Online Office—>My Business—>My Orders—>Personal Orders). If you’re a customer, you can look back at old confirmation emails to find the date of your previous, or contact your Coach and ask them to look it up for you.

So those are the steps to take to change your Shakeology flavor. It might seem complicated but will only take 3-5 minutes when you go through the steps.
