Barre Blend is a low-impact, high-intensity, and high energy workout program from barre expert, professional dancer, and 3 Week Yoga Retreat co-creator Elise Joan. Barre Blend helps create a lean, toned physique through a fun fusion of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio interval training.
Elise Joan has over 10 years experience with barre workouts. Over the years she’s learned what works and gets results.
Barre Blend is her “masterpiece”.
How Long Is The Program? How Many Days A Week?
Barre Blend is a 60 day program that can be done by anyone at any fitness level because every move has 3 levels of intensity.
- Beginner – Modifier
- Intermediate – Midline
- Expert – Intensifier
The weekly schedule is a manageable 5 days a week, 30-40 minutes a day.
There’s no reason to feel apprehensive, you can pick the moves you’re most comfortable with, and then work your way up as you make progress.
No Barre required, all moves can be done with a chair, or anything that is the right height. (Have a toddler at home? Use their head?)
